Our design process is catered to the needs and requirements of the client and the project.
In our initial stage, We define the brief and conduct studies based on the project's conceptual design, history, budget, and perimeters. Using this intense research, we develop our initial space planning and concept visuals to establish the lighting strategy for the project.
Our designers then refine the concepts established in our first stage and produce detailed schematic designs, specifications, and schedules coordinating with other building services and the architecture/ interior design teams.
After confirmations of the previous stages, our design team builds upon our schematic designs and produces in-depth technical drawings and specifications that detail the construction and installation of the lighting system. Our designers can also provide design for lighting control systems, energy efficiency strategies, daylighting, and any other relevant documentation if required.
Our design team then oversees the installation of the entire lighting system and ensures its conformity to the design. Site inspections may also be performed by the project lead designers to confirm the correct installation of the lighting system.
Finally, prior to handover, the design team carries out our final commissioning and testing of the lighting system. Training is also provided to the building's occupants and/or facilities management staff on the operation and maintenance of the lighting system.
